Care

Overall Alboo furniture requires a minimum of maintenance. Its aluminium frames can be cleaned using freshwater and soap or just lightly sponge down with water.

Alboo furniture can stay outdoors all year round, during long periods where it is not in use it is best to store it under cover to protect it from unpredictable weather events or over exposure.

Our cushions are made with quick-dry foam which allows for water to drain rapidly and for fresh air to circulate this helps combat mildew or mould. This, together with our breathable and highly durable Sunbrella and Agora outdoor fabrics, helps prevent mould from building up.

• Keep your outdoor furniture tidy by regularly removing dirt and debris with a brush or simple vacuum

• Take extra care to remove dirt from the seams – a common area for mildew to grow

• Avoid stains by cleaning up spills like sunscreen, tomato sauce and wine with a soft bristle brush or sponge as they occur

• If heavy rain is forecast, angle cushions on their side to allow for the water to run off, rather than pool on the surface

• At times of heavy rainfall , keep cushions undercover to provide them with adequate protection

• When your cushions have been subjected to heavy wet weather, rotate them or angle them on their side to allow both sides to air dry before use

• Rotating your cushions can also help minimise sun damage if exposed long term to very harsh or extreme heat from sun.

If you are storing your cushions away, make sure they are completely dry and cleaned prior.

Note: before using any cleaning products on your fabric, check the care instructions and do a small test on an inconspicuous area first.  

Warranty

• The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or natural fading of the materials used.

• The warranty does not apply to any variances in colour, shade or gloss level of finishes.

• The warranty does not cover products that the customer decides they do not like following delivery, including to colour, fabric, other opinions based on personal preference.

• Alboo shall not be liable for, and specifically excludes, any claims caused directly or indirectly by an event or matter beyond its control, including incidental, consequential or contingent damages suffered as a result of the use of furniture or breach of this warranty either written or implied.

• All products purchased at a sale price are subject to the specific warranty conditions outlined on sale invoice

• The warranty does not cover transportation costs for replacement parts and products or labour costs for repair. These costs may b charge at our discretion
