Technical aspects.
Frame Material and Construction Superior grade molten aluminium alloy is hand-poured into a mould made from exceptionally detailed wood carvings.
Each casting is hand polished to provide a smooth, finished surface for painting. After polishing, individual castings are 360 degree welded by hand to create each frame.
Each weld is then hand polished. There are over 60 different 360 welds in each arm chair or sofa frame. High Performance Powder Coat All frames are pre-finished with a nano ceramic pre-wash to increase paint adhesion. This important step increases the surface area for the powder coat to bond to by ten times.
All finishes are a high-solids polyester, architectural grade powder coat. The result is a paint finish that will last for longer than traditional powder coat processes.

Quick Dry Foam By using state of the art technology quick dry foam has a completely open cell, three dimensional structure of skeletal strands which gives the foam it's special properties. Quick dry foam is exceptionally porous and permeable which allows maximum water drainage and air circulation, thereby minimising the chance of mould and allowing the cushion to be used again soon after being wet or even saturated.
Fabric information.
100% Solution-Dyed Acrylic Agora ®and Sunbrella® outdoor Fabrics 100% solution-dyed acrylic fibre is a dying process that impregnates the heart of the fibre, obtaining bright, glowing colours. The coloured pigments impregnate the polymer dissolution before the fibre is formed. This gives high resistance to wear, excellent colour fastness, optimum resistance and exceptional behaviour in outdoor conditions and in the presence of micro-organisms.
